This is my first time putting my 101 goals in 1001 days in my bullet journal! It is still new to me!
I am in the middle of my second round of doing a 101 Goals in 1001 days. I love them way more than New Years Resolutions, I always fail them but somehow I can do this. Where do you want to be in 2.75 years from now? How are you going to get here?
I found creating categories to focus on different areas help a lot to help set the goals. Categories such as Create, Travel, Family, Personal, Build, Organize, Entertainment and Health. Also, the goals need to be measurable...how can you measure "to be healthy" maybe that is eating a balanced breakfast for 1 month or running a 5k, or even waking up with your alarm. Whatever you feel you want to work on.
Now my last round I couldn't complete all of my goals because things changed before the 1001 days was up or my goals changed and that is ok. I either rolled over the goals unmet to this round of goals or I created new ones. The key is to not get frustrated not completing all of it but watching yourself make changes you wanted.

I decided to add a little chart in the corner to keep track of my progress overall, for every ten I color in 10%....close enough right?!
The whole idea of new years resolutions never worked for me, I always forgot about it. This process has helped me keep my goals in the front of my mind. It's fun to see how much you have accomplished in 1001 days.
